Bloody-Disgusting has teamed up with Boston, MA metal band Revocation to bring you the exclusive music video premiere for “Fracked”, which comes from the bands recently released self-titled album! The video tackles the controversial topic of, you guessed it, fracking, which has caused one controversy after another based upon its tactics, methods, and possible contamination. Revocation has taken that controversy and used it as the fuel for their music video fire and predicted the worst. Full of dark, disturbing images, this video may make you think twice about your drinking water (unless you live in an area without fracking, in which case you’re totally fine).
You can purchase Revocation in different formats via Relapse or digitally through the band’s Bandcamp.
Also, make sure to check out the band as they tour with Death Angel, 3 Inches Of Blood, Battlecross, and Diamond Plate. All tour dates are below along with the video AND a full album stream! READ MORE

Canadian heavy metal band 3 Inches Of Blood has released a lyric video for “Storming Juno”, which comes off their most recent release Long Live Heavy Metal. The video is their tribute to Remembrance Day, which falls every Nov. 11th and has been celebrated in Commonwealth countries since the end of World War 1.
Vocalist Cam Pipes explains the video, saying, “Storming Juno is a tribute to the soldiers of the Canadian armed forces that got the first foothold for the allies on D-Day during World War II. Every November 11 we remember all who served, some who made the ultimate sacrifice, in service to their country. Releasing this lyric video is our way of acknowledging those who served our country and how proud we are of the significant contribution Canada had in fighting tyranny all those years ago.”
You can watch this video below as well as check out tour dates with Huntress, and Hooker. READ MORE

We want you to submit any questions you have for Maria Brink (vocals) or Chris Howorth (guitars) about anything from the making of the new CD, our worst band fight, our favorite place to play, what we do on those long bus rides, what brand of make-up Maria uses, really anything you want to ask as long as it is appropriate. We’ll read these questions aloud and answer them, all on tape, all captured on our DVD, so please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name and where you live (City/State) so when we film ourselves reading your question, you (and the world) know it’s you.”

Fans of Norma Jean won’t have to wait much longer to hear the bands’ fifth album ‘Meridional’ which will be released July 13th on Razor & Tie. ’Meridional’ revisits the abrasive and chaotic roots of classic Norma Jean while offering fans a dark experimental side – the band stretching out on moody, slow-burn jams. It is an album that finds the band comfortable in its legacy but progressive and bold in its creativity.
‘Meridional’ was recorded in February 2010 at Glow in the Dark Studios in Atlanta with producer Jeremy Griffith. The band recorded eleven official tracks for the record as well as a few extra bonus tracks and B-sides. Vocalist Cory Brandan described ‘Meridional’, “It’s a heavy record, multifaceted with epic sounding, experimental songs, some fast, chaotic songs, and some melodic, commanding interludes. Any track we didn’t think had reached its utmost sonic prowess was given a second look, revised to be as powerful as possible.”
