Lamb Of God Singer Randy Blythe’s Prague Trial Date Set
Lamb Of God singer Randy Blythe has been issued formal summons to appear in a Prague court on Feb. 4th, 2013 for manslaughter. The charges stem from the death of 19-year old Daniel Nosek, who died after receiving a head injury at a Lamb Of God concert in Prague in 2010. The court decided to move forward with the trial after receiving a finished investigative report from Czech police.
Court spokeswoman Martina Lhotáková states, “We have issued Randy Blythe with a court summons, and he is obliged to attend the hearing in person. The trial will determine the culpability of Blythe, and his potential punishment.”
According to Prague Post, Blythe faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
