Friday The 13th (2009)
“Another remake?!” F*ck yes, another remake. This movie nailed it. I wanted Jason to murder the hell out of some stupid teens and I got exactly that (plus more). But what made this movie so exciting is that there was a near 25-minute opening scene before the title card. I remember seeing this film in theaters and when that machete came down only to cut to “Friday The 13th”, the entire theater erupted in cheers! I wanted fun and I got it!
