The Thing
This is a weird one since the gore isn’t human. But that doesn’t change the fact that this movie is absolutely sickening and disgusting in the best ways possible! The creature designs in this movie are still some of the very best I’ve ever seen and they still look fantastic. I don’t know how they did it but very, very few films surpass this in terms of practical FX.
