Mark Z. Danielewski – House Of Leaves
While Danielewski states that this novel is more of a love story than anything else, that doesn’t change the fact that it’s shit-your-pants terrifying. It’s also incredibly difficult to follow along, so you better dedicate a lot of effort and time to this one. However, I assure you that the journey is worth it and that you will come out a changed person.
