The Mist
Having been a huge fan of the Silent Hill series for years before this movie came out, I knew how much the series used this story as an influence. That’s why I was beyond thrilled to actually see it come to life. Mixing equal parts of horror and beauty, the film was a visual treat, as well as having some fantastic writing and acting. However, I wasn’t prepared for that ending and it still haunts me to this day. But I will never regret seeing it in theaters. Except for the spiders. Fuck those things.
