Mike Patton – Faith No More, Mr. Bungle, Fantomas
Considering that Patton already has movie scoring experience on The Place Beyond The Pines and The Solitude Of Prime Numbers, he’d be no stranger getting behind the composer chair for a film. And listening to Fantômas’ album Director’s Cut, it’s obvious that Patton knows how to take a horror cue and reinvent it, which means he understands what it takes to put together a horror score itself.
Also, how wicked would this be if he actually did create a horror score? That alone would get me to buy a ticket.
