What Was Your Worst Theater Experience?

Rob Zombie’s Halloween

Regardless of how I feel about this movie now, I was incredibly excited to see it when it came out. My local theater was absolutely packed to the brim on opening night, which wasn’t the problem. The problem was that a good 25-30% of the crowd were teenagers who decided that they wanted to talk to each other the whole time. Additionally, they wanted to talk on their phones and text each other, so the crowd looked like a goddamn pop concert. Oh, and they also felt that the popcorn was below their standards, so they threw it around on everyone.

My friends and I left and I demanded a refund not only for my tickets but also for my concessions. If can’t enjoy my food watching a movie, you better believe I want my money back. To this day I hate going to that theater.
