Seth and Veronica – The Fly/The Fly 2
Okay, so technically Seth and Veronica die in two different movies (and she is played by someone who is not Geena Davis in The Fly 2, but I digress), but it still counts since it’s the same franchise. Not only does Veronica have nightmares about giving birth to a larvae, she then has to kill her lover who has mutated into a human/fly hybrid, and then actually does give birth to a larvae in the opening of the second film before dying of shock. It was pretty rough.
