Only in Tokyo could three T-103 Tyrants wander the streets in daylight without inciting total pandemonium and/or airstrikes. Neither of those things occurred when three cosplayers embarked on a journey through the otaku dreamland that is Tokyo’s Akihabara district to celebrate mourn the release of Resident Evil: Damnation, in which a handful of Tyrants are defeated by a murder of Lickers and a few well-placed missiles.
