Just about one year ago, I shared with you guys a handful of pieces from one of my favorite horror artists, Trevor Henderson. Among other things, Trevor has really made a name for himself with his “found footage” series, which sees him drawing terrifying original monsters over top of actual photographs and wrapping it all in a creepy found footage-style aesthetic.
Trevor, whose Twitter account @slimyswampghost is a MUST-follow, fittingly refers to each new piece as a “sighting,” painting a picture of a world that’s been completely overrun by nightmarish creatures who mostly only come out at night. The images are often downright haunting, far creepier than anything you’ll see in most actual found footage films.
