British production companies BB88 and Mann Made Films are partnering to produce and finance revenge thriller The Vigilante, reports Variety.
“The Vigilante is an action-packed revenge story that follows a young man with mental disabilities who rises up against some of the most notorious criminals in his danger-filled city.”
Scott Mann, who is also a director, co-wrote the script with David Slater and Jonathan Frank. It is yet to be confirmed if Mann will also direct.
It will be produced by Mann and James Edward Barker for Mann Made Films alongside Craig Conway for BB88. BB88’s Kirsty Bell will serve as executive producer alongside Julie Kroll.
