Poster Leaves Mads Mikkelsen Stranded In the ‘Arctic’

In Joe Penna’s Arctic, which made its World Premiere in the midnight section at the Cannes Film Festival, “Hannibal’s” Mads Mikkelsen plays a man stranded in the Arctic is finally about to receive his long-awaited rescue. However, after a tragic accident, his opportunity is lost. He must then decide whether to remain in the relative safety of his camp or to embark on a deadly trek through the unknown for potential salvation.

Post screening, Bleecker Street acquired U.S. and select international rights for the survival drama, which they’ll now release in theaters this coming February.

Mads shared the first official one-sheet, while this clip was revealed back in May.
