Did Bryce Dallas Howard Just Confirm Original ‘Jurassic Park’ Cast Reunion in ‘Jurassic World 3’?!

Published

We don’t like getting ahead of ourselves here on Bloody, but it appears that Bryce Dallas Howard may have confirmed a full-blown Jurassic Park reunion in the third Jurassic World.

We celebrated when Jeff Goldblum returned as Jurassic Park favorite Ian Malcolm in Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. Unfortunately, even after several rumorsSam Neill didn’t make an appearance as Dr. Alan Grant in J.A. Bayona‘s sequel. The former is important because it not only confirmed the filmmakers were open to bringing back characters from Jurassic Park, but have executed on it. In fact, just last month Laura Dern expressed openness to return as Dr. Ellie Sattler in the next film. “I mean, I love Dr. Ellie Satler so I could never say no to that on any level,” she told ET.

Now, on the red carpet for Rocketman, Howard chats it up with MTV News who perfectly baits her into talking about a full-on cast reunion.

“Yes, very much so,” said Howard when asked about looking forward to working with the Jurassic Park cast. “I don’t know what’s been confirmed or whatever, but I’ll blink if it’s happening… maybe…”

To be clear, this is anything but full confirmation (hence the headline posing this as a question), but she laughs and blinks furiously. Anything can happen between now and the film’s release, but it’s hard to not get excited for June 2021.

Blumhouse is bringing killer doll M3GAN back to the screen in M3GAN 2.0 in 2025, and Deadline reports today that Ivanna Sakhno (Let It Snow, “Ahsoka”) has signed on to star.

Ivanna Sakhno is said to have a “major role” in the upcoming sequel.

The follow-up from Universal and Blumhouse will release in theaters on May 16, 2025.

Allison Williams and Violet McGraw are back for the sequel, with Akela Cooper (Malignant, M3GAN) once again writing the script and James Wan on board to produce.

SPOILER WARNING: M3GAN ends with the titular doll being destroyed, but if there’s one thing we’ve learned from the Child’s Play franchise it’s that killer dolls can never truly be killed!

M3GAN is a marvel of artificial intelligence, a life-like doll programmed to be a child’s greatest companion and a parent’s greatest ally. Designed by brilliant toy-company roboticist Gemma (Get Out’s Allison Williams), M3GAN can listen and watch and learn as she becomes friend and teacher, playmate and protector, for the child she is bonded to.

When Gemma suddenly becomes the caretaker of her orphaned 8-year-old niece, Cady (Violet McGrawThe Haunting of Hill House), Gemma’s unsure and unprepared to be a parent. Under intense pressure at work, Gemma decides to pair her M3GAN prototype with Cady in an attempt to resolve both problems—a decision that will have unimaginable consequences.
