Chris Pratt has been set to lead the cast of Paramount, Skydance and director Chris McKay‘s (The Lego Batman Movie) upcoming sci-fi film Ghost Draft, alongside a cast that also includes J.K. Simmons, Betty Gilpin, Sam Richardson, Yvonne Strahovski and Theo Von.
THR reports today that Mary Lynn Rajskub (“24”) and Edwin Hodge (The Purge) have also come aboard. Deadline adds that Seychelle Gabriel (Falling Skies), Alan Trong (Alita: Battle Angel), Chibuikem Uche, and Alexis Louder (Harriett) have as well.
“The script, with drafts by Zach Dean and Bill Dubuque, is set in a future where humanity is losing a war against aliens. To turn the tide, scientists draft soldiers from the past to fight the war.”
Filming is expected to begin soon in Atlanta and Iceland.
