Cursed Mountain is coming out specifically for the Nintento Wii, and is set in the late 1980s. You take on the role of a mountaineer searching the Himalayas for his lost brother. As you begin to climb you encounter a curse in which the souls of people who died are trapped. You must make your way past these souls and ghosts to find your brother, if he is even still alive. Sproing Interactive’s (developers for Cursed Mountain) Harald Riegler, has said that they really wanted to make sure you felt natures fury on the mountain as realistically as possible. They also put “monumental landscapes” in your view at all times, and tried to make the souls/ghosts/demons/monsters etc as real as possible (or as real as you can make things that you don’t really see in real life) to give you a real survival horror feel.
