We’ve learned of a new quasi-zombie spec script floating around town going by the title Fractured Souls. Penned by Kai Yu Wu, the supernatural horror is about an American family that visits Taiwan during the lunar ghost month when the dead are able to walk the earth among the living. It’s being pitches as The Grudge meets The Others.
