I just moved into my new place, and with Halloween quickly approaching, I’ve been searching for a way to display our various holiday-themed posters.
The worst thing about movie poster frames is they’re both expensive and finite, meaning, you can commit to one poster and one poster only. That’s great if you want your wall to look the same for 10 years. I don’t, which I why I went on a hunt for something different – and came up empty, that is until my buddy Micah pointed me to Spotlight Displays Movie Poster Frames.
The Illinois-based custom framing company has affordable (yes, only $80!) front-loading poster frames made from the highest quality Anodized Aluminum, which means you never have to take the frame off your wall, and can quickly switch your poster from Jaws to Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey, Halloween or Trick ‘r Treat.
Spotlight Displays has various options including border width and size, in case you have older posters you want to put on display. (I also just noticed they have custom frames for Pinball Translites!) My buddy told me that they can even custom cut any size frame. Just e-mail the company through the website.
And for those of you who want a celebrity connection, we also learned that Quentin Tarantino purchased frames from Spotlight Displays for his freshly invigorated New Beverly in Los Angeles, CA.
