Resident Evil Revelations 2
After a slew of poorly received Resident Evil games, Revelations was one of the few that didn’t either disappoint or divide the series’ fans. It wasn’t perfect, but it was scary, atmospheric, and very much a return to the series’ roots in survival horror. With the episodic sequel, Capcom is trying to build on the good faith accrued by the original by bringing back fan favorite Claire Redfield and dropping her in a setting that should be familiar to anyone who played Code: Veronica X.
And even if Revelations 2 fails to impress, we still have the Resident Evil HD remake.
