The Babadook
If you haven’t seen The Babdook, you really should get on it. This is a more personal, human film than most horror flicks tend to be — it’s the kind of movie that chooses to spend its time constructing interesting characters, like the damaged relationship between a recently widowed mother and her son, rather than follow another gaggle of teens whose sole purpose is to die terribly.
This poster is a beautiful representation of the film that tells us just enough without sacrificing the mystery that’s so essential to modern horror films.
