The tragic Dyatlov Pass incident which claimed the lives of nine hikers in 1959 serves as the basis for Kholat, a supernatural horror game that’s slated to hit Steam next month. Its developer has really nailed down the visuals, and with vocals from Silent Hill veteran Mary Elizabeth McGlynn, at the very least, this ought to be an atmospheric experience.
With its arrival on Steam less than two weeks away, the makers of Kholat have released a launch trailer narrated by Sean “The Bean” Bean — am I the only one who calls him that? — to get us sufficiently pumped.
Kholat releases on June 9 for PC.
