Disturbed Announce 2016 Tour: New Album Drops Next Week

Hard rock band Disturbed has announced that they will be embarking on a US tour in Spring of 2016 and it looks like they’ll be hitting venues much smaller than one would expect. I can’t speak of any outside of Michigan but St. Andrews Hall in Detroit is pretty damn tiny and the stage is really small. I know this because I’ve played on it and that sucker gets cramped REAL fast.

Vocalist David Draiman explains the band’s return:

Our return from hiatus was for one reason: we are dying for our fix of the live experience. We need to satisfy our addiction to the feeling you get when you play to the most dedicated and vibrant fan base in existence, the Disturbed ones. We know the Arena shows will come, but we wanted to start out feeling like it did in the old days. Intimate, hot, and intense. We can’t wait. Prepare yourselves. The Leviathan has risen.

The band will also be releasing their new album Immortalized next Friday, August 21st. You can order your copy here.
