Some exciting news, via THR, regarding the next project from The Blair Witch Project co-creator Eduardo Sanchez.
According to the site, he’s currently developing “Santeria,” a supernatural drama that centers on two undercover agents who investigate a bizarre murder.
The drama explores the complex relationship between the Cuban people and Santeria, the ancient religion born on the island of Cuba.
Cuban writer-director Alejandro Brugues (“From Dusk Till Dawn”) is executive producing with Sanchez and Gregg Hale.
Hale and Sanchez co-directed the “A Ride in the Park” segment of V/H/S/2, pictured. Sanchez will be directing “Santeria” for Starz.
