One of the most fun horror fan events of the year began four years ago with The Movie Crypt‘s “Save the Yorkies” Marathon, a 48-hour live podcast marathon hosted by fan favorite filmmakers Adam Green and Joe Lynch. They stay awake so that yorkies don’t get put to sleep, and they deliver 48-hours of wild entertainment each and every year.
This year’s 4th annual “Yorkiethon” kicks off on Friday, December 13th at 5pm PST, and you’ll be able to hang out with Green, Lynch and friends through Sunday at 5pm PST!
The two-hour pre-show kicks off at 3pm PST on December 13th.
Among other things, Green and Lynch will be providing live commentaries for Bliss, Dodgeball, Green’s Frozen (2010), Last Action Hero, Abattoir, Tales of Halloween, Friday the 13th: Jason Lives, and Lynch’s Wrong Turn 2. More information can be found on Ariescope.com.
