Behind all of the hype, Universal Pictures has smartly moved their Scarlett Johansson-starrer, Lucy, to July 25th instead of August 8th.
The modern day Matrix is now getting a late summer release, which shows the studio’s extreme confidence in the sci-fi thriller.
From La Femme Nikita, The Professional and The Fifth Element writer/director Luc Besson, “Lucy is an action-thriller that tracks a woman accidentally caught in a dark deal who turns the tables on her captors and transforms into a merciless warrior evolved beyond human logic.”
