Robert Englund has announced the winner of his annual Valentine’s Day contest, in which he challenges fans to submit A Nightmare on Elm Street-themed Valentine art.
Venetia Drakoularakou emerged victorious with artwork that confirms Freddy Krueger has a heart among his chest of souls.
You can capture your valentine’s soul with a limited edition card autographed by Englund for $140. For $200, you’ll get the card, a Freddy glove necklace in a signed box, and a second unboxed glove necklace.
Both options, along with small quantities of past designs, are available exclusively from Englund’s online shop.
The horror icon implemented a “no AI” rule for this year’s contest, ensuring the submissions are actually created by artists.
Englund’s next project is Pinocchio: Unstrung, the latest installment in the so-called Poohniverse, in which he voices Jiminy Cricket.
