Ryan Murphy recently began teasing the upcoming seventh season of “American Horror Story” over on Instagram, and one of the photos highlighted a head of freshly-dyed blue hair that led many to speculate which cast member would be going blue. As it turns out, it was Evan Peters, who was just photographed on set with the blue locks.
The set photos, which you can see over on Just Jared, show Peters outside a courthouse with long blue hair pulled back into a bun and his arm in a sling. He’s also got heavy bruising on his face, suggesting he’s just been through some kind of battle. Also spotted in the photos? The returning Sarah Paulson and Adina Porter.
Evan Peters is of course an “American Horror Story” mainstay, having been prominently featured in every season to date.
Season 7 will draw some level of inspiration from last year’s presidential election, with the events of the season beginning on election night.
The full cast also includes Cheyenne Jackson, Billy Eichner, Billie Lourd and Leslie Grossman.
