Ahead of “Stranger Things” returning in July, IKEA has gone ahead and recreated the Byers family’s iconic living room as part of the “IKEA Real Life Series,” a fun promotion that also sees the company recreating the living rooms from “The Simpsons” and “Friends.” Coolest of all, they want to show YOU how to design the pop culture rooms, using their products!
They explain, “We brought to life the iconic living rooms of the most beloved families of all times, through tons of furniture combinations in lots of different styles and sizes – and at affordable prices. We’ve grouped all the products for each room for you, so it’s easy to recreate what you see here in your own home. Take a look and make your living room iconic with IKEA.”
How much would it cost to turn your own living room into the Byers family’s living room, complete with letter wall and Christmas lights? Approximately $1,441.54, IKEA says.
