Not only has Square Enix’s NieR: Automata has snagged the Platinum Prize for that elusive 1-million units sold at the 2019 PlayStation Awards held in Japan this morning, but the series has warranted enough attention that Square Enix has opened a new 10th anniversary website.
The website, which is in Japanese, doesn’t have much to it at the moment. It does, however, sport a new logo, and has links to the other official sites for the games in the series.
The first game in the series, NieR, launched for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in April 2010. Platinum Games-developed sequel NieR: Automata launched for PlayStation 4 in February 2017, PC in March 2017, and Xbox One in June 2018.
