Pre-Order Bonuses, Digital Deluxe Edition For ‘The Quarry’ Revealed

Published

If you’ve been waiting for news on the pre-order for Supermassive’s The Quarry, get ready. 2K Games has just announced pre-order bonuses for those eager to snag the game before release. You can also order the Deluxe Edition, which includes even more goodies.

Pre-order The Quarry early, and you get The Horror History Visual Filter Pack, which gives you three different filters that “replicate a different era of horror filmmaking” while playing the game. Along with the Black-and-White Classic filter, you have your 80s filter and Indie filter. Unfortunately, there aren’t any screenshots (yet) showing the filters in detail, but thankfully 2K have provided a bit of video in the tweet below showing what you can expect.

On top of the pre-order bonus, you can also now spring for the Deluxe Edition of The Quarry. For starters, along with those filters, purchasing the digital version of The Quarry Deluxe Edition allows you digital versions of the game on new-gen and last-gen platforms within the same console family. From there, you also get 80s-inspired cosmetic character outfits for The Quarry’s playable characters. You also gain instant access to Death Rewind, which is a retry mechanic that normally unlocks after your first completion of The Quarry. Lastly, for you gorehounds, you also get a new Movie Mode option that allows you to see The Quarry at its most gruesome and goriest.

The Quarry, starring genre vets Ted RaimiDavid ArquetteLance Henriksen, and Lin Shaye, arrives June 10 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Xbox One, and PC via Steam.
