Steam Demo Has Returned for ‘Urban Myth Dissolution Center’; Switch Store Page Now Live [Trailer]

Ahead of the launch of their psychological horror detective game Urban Myth Dissolution Center, developer Hakababunko and publisher SHUEISHA GAMES have announced the Nintendo eShop store page for their hotly anticipated title is now live. Not only that, but the demo that was previously available on the game’s Steam page is back for those “try before you buy” people.

For those that need a refresher, Urban Myth Dissolution Center is a single-player mystery adventure where you take on the role of Azami Fukurai, tasked with unravelling mysteries as she helps run the day-to-day operation of the titular Dissolution Center. Fukurai is no ordinary rookie, however. She possesses the ability to see the memories of places through her glasses. Utilizing her unique gifts and abilities, Azami must navigate cursed relics, dimensional anomalies, and otherworldly creatures in search of answers, delving into the paranormal activity surrounding each case.

Debuting in the 2024 Autumn Steam Next Festival, the demo saw the game surpass 100,000 wishlists worldwide. In the demo, players experienced the first episode of the game for around 1.5hrs of gameplay, where you play as Azami as she becomes introduced to the enigmatic agency and her colleagues.

Urban Myth Dissolution Center is set to launch worldwide on February 12 for PC via Steam, the Nintendo Switch, and the PlayStation 5.
