Behaviour Interactive are once again going the manga route for their latest Dead by Daylight crossover, teaming up with Hawkman‘s “Nyaight of the Living Cat” for a collaboration of cat-themed cosmetics and a crossover cameo from some of The Fog’s familiar faces.
Available now, the new Nyaight of the Living Cat Collection brings two brand-new Outfits inspired by the acclaimed anime series, with the first being Kaoru’s Triumph for Yui Kimura, which draws inspiration from the cat-loving Kaoru. The second Outfit is The Oni’s Murderous Grizzly, a visceral Outfit that “showcases the true meaning of bestial fury.” With a cat, of course.
The crossover isn’t one-sided, mind you. Fans of the anime series may have noticed Dead by Daylight characters Dwight and Meg making a cameo appearance in several recent episodes: Commeowndo (episode 9) and Tranformeows (episode 11).
As mentioned, this isn’t the first time the game has dabbled in a manga crossover. “Tokyo Ghoul” made an appearance in The Fog last April with Ken Kaneki as a Killer.
Meanwhile, the latest Chapter for Dead by Daylight in Sinister Grace released last week, adding a new Killer in The Krasue, and a new Survivor in Vee Boonyasak.
Dead by Daylight is available on PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, as well as PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and the Nintendo Switch.
