After dropping Little Nightmares II: Enhanced Edition back in 2021 for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series, Bandai Namco has now released the game on the Nintendo Switch 2 via the Nintendo eShop. As with the previous releases, the Switch 2 version of Little Nightmares II features improved loading times, higher resolution, and increased game details such as interactive particles and an enhanced 3D soundscape mix.
Also available on the Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam and GOG, Little Nightmares II sees players return to a world of charming horror. You play as Mono, a young boy who wakes up alone in the woods surrounded by the husks of burnt-out televisions. After stumbling through traps and pitfalls in the wilderness, he finds a girl in a yellow raincoat named Six, locked in the basement of a dark house with only a music box to keep her company.
Together, they must find a way to cooperate as they try to survive the terrors and secrets of the Pale City. Mono can call Six to summon her, but she is also quite independent and observant. Pay attention to her cues and work together to open hidden trapdoors, climb giant furniture, and, if you’re feeling a little scared, hold hands as you both navigate a world never meant for children.
The latest entry in the series, Little Nightmares III, was released for PC via Steam, Xbox One, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch, Switch 2, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 last October.
