Bloody reader Mike M. shared with us a video from “Extra”, who caught up with Jamie Foxx’s daughter Corinne on the set of 47 Meters Down: Uncaged at England’s famed Pinewood Studios.
Corinne is starring in the movie with Sylvester Stallone’s daughter Sistine, Brianne Tju, and Sophie Nélisse. Along with discussing her physically demanding role, she told the show, “There’s been no films like this that have been filmed almost completely underwater.”
Johannes Roberts. directs the film that also stars Brec Bassinger (Bella and the Bulldogs), John Corbett (“Sex in the City”), Nia Long (“Empire”), Davi Santos (Polaroid) and Khylin Rhambo (“Teen Wolf”).
“The film will tell the story of four teens diving in a ruined underwater city, who quickly find themselves in a watery hell as their adventure turns to horror when they learn they are not alone in the submerged caves. As they swim deeper into the claustrophobic labyrinth of caves they enter the territory of the deadliest shark species in the ocean.”
The sequel swims into theaters August 16, 2019.
