In case you were unaware, both the Silent Hill HD Collection and Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City released today. The latter takes us back to the city where it all began, and even brings back some familiar faces, including Leon Kennedy and Ada Wong. If that isn’t enough to get you cover you in a thick, warm blanket of excitement, the fact that you can play as the bad guys should.
So far the reviews have been mixed, with critics praising the team-based multiplayer, visuals, and action, while criticizing the numerous technical issues and story. If you’re looking for a little extra motivation to give this game a try, head past the break for a pretty badass launch trailer!
Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City is out now in the States for the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC. The Aussies will have to wait until the 22nd for it, those who dwell across the pond in that mysterious land of forests and castles we call Europe can get it on the 23rd, and if you’re really patient and in Japan, you’ll be able to get your hands on it on April 26.
