TV: Brea Grant Books Recurring Role on ‘Dexter’

Variety reports that Brea Grant (Halloween II, “Heroes”) booked a recurring role in the sixth season of Showtime’s “Dexter”. She joins Edward James Olmos, Colin Hanks and Mos (formerly Mos Def) wo were added for a major season-long arc.

Production on “Dexter” is now underway for a premiere this fall.

Dexter Morgan (Michael C. Hall) spent Season Five atoning for the death of his wife, Rita. He committed to being a part of her children’s lives and entered into a deep, passionate relationship with Lumen, unlike anything he’d ever had before. But Dexter’s need to kill overpowers his desire for human connection.
