“American Horror Story”: Official New Clue and Potential Teaser Video Surface
I suppose part of the fun of “American Horror Story” is being left mostly in the dark until a new season premieres, but damn does it make the show hard to cover. It’s often hard to know what’s real and what’s not; and even when we know a new tease is real, it’s still impossible to know what it even means!
We do know, with absolute certainly, that the Season 7 title will be revealed this coming Thursday, July 20, and we also know that creator Ryan Murphy just took to Instagram to share a final clue before the title reveal. That clue comes in the form of an image of a man covered in bees, which has the internet… buzzing.
Along with the official tease, a short teaser video has also surfaced this morning, alleged to be the first Season 7 promo vid. The video (from Latin America) seems to have been inspired by Stephen King’s IT and reveals that the show will return to FX this coming September… but we aren’t sure at this time if it’s real or fan made.
After all, it seems way too similar to “Freak Show” to be the real theme reveal.

Season 7 will draw inspiration from last year’s presidential election, with the events of the season beginning on election night.
At least some portion of the season is being filmed in “Haddonfield.”
The confirmed cast includes Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Billy Eichner, Billie Lourd, Cheyenne Jackson, Adina Porter, Colton Haynes and Leslie Grossman.
While you wait for Alien: Romulus, the folks over at Devilworks have cooked up their own slice of “mockbuster” fun with Alien Hunt, and we’re debuting the trailer here on BD this morning.
This brand-new sci-fi horror from director Aaron Mirtes (The Bigfoot Trap, Painted in Blood) is set for its US premiere on May 14, and you can find it on digital thanks to Devilworks.
You can exclusively watch the official trailer for Alien Hunt below, which looks to combine elements of Alien and Predator. This particular “mockbuster” has very little interest in hiding its inspirations, with the alien designs plucked straight out of H.R. Giger’s beautiful brain. Hey, if you’re going to pull from other movies, might as well take from the all-time greats!
In Alien Hunt, “On a hunting trip in the wilderness, a group of siblings discovers an abandoned military outpost on their land, but is it what it seems?
“Their trip takes a sinister turn when they find themselves facing off against a relentless army of extra-terrestrial beings. Suddenly, the hunters become the hunted.
