Roque Baños
Talk about one of the scariest scores of 2013! Baños’ score for Evil Dead is still one of the most unsettling cinematic scores I’ve heard in a long time. But what I truly enjoyed about this score was how old school it felt. There was a sense of theatricality, a bombastic attitude that was grand and thrilling.
If Baños were to score Silent Hills, I could see it having a 70’s, maybe even 60’s horror feel that would be entirely new to the series.
