Naoto Shibata Project – Dracula Battle Perfect Selection
Being a video game nut and a sucker for the awesome sounds of Castlevania, Dracula Battle Perfect Selection is an album that while hard to find nowadays, is well worth it. Taking songs from a variety of Castlevania games, and giving them a hard rock makeover, it’s awesome to hear memorable songs like “Theme of Simon”, “Vampire Killer” and in this case, “Bloody Tears” with badass guitars mixed with an organ, violins, and even trumpets. Definitely a keeper.
