The Host
Bong Joon-Ho’s The Host is a slightly overrated film (don’t hate me, but I actually prefer Snowpiercer), but it is a very good one. While it is more a story of a family coming together to rescue a loved one, The Host has some spectacular monster movie moments. Also, it [SPOILER] has the guts to kill the kid at the end of the film. [END SPOILER].
