Likely the most blatant offender here, Great White (aka The Last Shark) was the Italian response to Jaws that was pulled from theaters in 1981 just weeks after release. Despite a lawsuit from Universal regarding copyright infringement related to the first two Jaws film, the film has proven to be an entertaining dose of treasure cinema for genre fans.
