Nightbreed
This is one of the greatest cult horror classics and for very good reason! It’s an interesting story with phenomenal practical FX AND it features David Cronenberg as a serial killer. Those reasons alone should merit it being in your collection.
However, as many of us know, the movie ends with Midian being destroyed and several of the Nightbreed out on their own, wondering how they are going to continue surviving in this world that they’ve been so eager to hide away from. I think you’re seeing where I want to go with this one, right?
Let’s keep the story going! Tell us how they survive, what kinds of challenges they face, what other dangers are out there for them, etc… It’s such a rich universe that the possibilities are damn near endless on what you could do with this property!
