3. Billy Loomis (Skeet Ulrich) – Scream
The original Ghostface is one of the best (just not the best). While it would have been interesting if there had been no motive for Billy to go on a killing spree, I’m glad he eventually gave us one (he blamed Sidney’s mother for sleeping with his father and causing his mother to abandon him).
