Straw Dogs (1971)
One of the grittiest and nastiest home invasion movies ever made and the invasion only takes place in the climax of the film. After his wife is raped by her ex-boyfriend, David (Dustin Hoffman) must defend his home against the gang of rapists. The climactic showdown is incredibly intense and still difficult to watch to this day.
