Darkness Falls
There were two reasons I wanted to see Darkness Falls was because A) It had what I thought was a fantastic trailer at the time and B) starred Emma Caulfield, aka Anya, the best character from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I loved it when I saw it in theaters on opening night, but the film doesn’t exactly hold up when I watch it now (the rules of the villain don’t make a lot of sense, the acting is pretty bad, the dialogue is clunky, etc.). Still, I think it’s a fun little film and has a killer opening sequence.
