Jason X
Would you believe that Jason X is one of my favorite films in the Friday the 13th franchise? I’m fully aware that it’s a terrible movie, but it has such a fun sense of humor about itself that I can’t help but love it. It doesn’t feel like a Friday the 13th film at all; it actually feels like a SyFy original movie (complete with the terrible space effects). That being said, it features one of the greatest kills in the franchise (see below) and a hilarious virtual reality sequence set at Camp Crystal Lake. Also, I can’t help but be moved by the “relationship” between Kay-Em 14 and Tsunaron. It’s kind of sweet.
