8. Time Lapse

Three friends (Danielle Panabaker, Matt O’Leary, and George Finn) discover a camera that takes pictures of a moment that happens 24 hours in the future and mayhem ensues. To say any more would spoil a lot of the fun that happens in Time Lapse, but needless to say these three friends eventually turn against each other when they see some distressing images in the photos that the camera begins to print. It’s a nifty, understated sci-fi movie that deserved a bigger audience this year.
