6. Maggie

Maggie is a great movie to watch if you want to be reminded that Abigail Breslin and Arnold Schwarzenegger can act. Both actors tend to get criticized a lot lately and Maggie is a great vehicle for them to show off their talents. It also benefits that it is a new take on a sub-genre that has worn out its welcome for quite some time now. It is a slow-dialogue driven film that doesn’t have any major set pieces, but works as an examination of the the relationship between a father and his dying daughter.
