Raze
The extremely talented Zoë Bell helps elevate Raze’s rather mediocre script, which is a very fun way to spend an hour and a half. The film is sort of a mix of The Purge and Battle Royale, as women are forced to fight to the death to please the wealthy elite. In addition to Bell, Raze also boasts the talents of Tracie Thoms, Sherilyn Fenn, Doug Jones and (briefly) Rachel Nichols and Rosario Dawson. The only thing working against it is its ending, which leaves a lot to be desired, but other than that it’s a total blast of a film featuring a plethora of scenes in which women kick ass.
