10. Poltergeist (1982)
This was the only horror movie attempt by Steven Spielberg and it was a good one. It is actually heavily based off of a Twilight Zone episode called “Little Girl Lost.” I love the scene where one of the paranormal investigators tears his face off, the mechanical head reminds me a lot of “The Terminator” scene when the T-800 is repairing his face. I love those type of effects. A Classic ’80s movie that is more fun than frightening.
